Men's Basketball Honors Seniors vs. McDaniel

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's basketball team battled McDaniel on Senior Day. Playing their final home Saturday of the regular season, the Fords honored the careers of Anthony Reyes, Henry Stevens and Justin Winkler prior to tip. However, it was McDaniel that played spoiler on the day with a 71-52 victory inside the Gooding '84 Arena.

On his Senior Day, Reyes led the Fords with 14 points. In a passing of the guard, freshmen Joe Scibelli and Kahlil Garnes each scored 11 points as Haverford had three people record double figure scoring days. Scibelli just missed a double-double with nine rebounds on the day. Winkler, who has been sidelined the majority of the season, suited up and made the start on his Senior Day. The Green Terror had three players reach double figures in the Centennial Conference contest. Kevin Yrizarry scored a game-high 16 points in his team's victory. McDaniel also had a pair of 10-point performances off the bench as Cameron Royster and Nick Perugino finished with 12 and 10 points, respectively.
