Women's Cross Country Ranked No. 26 in USTFCCA Poll

HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College women's cross country team checked in at No. 26 in the latest weekly release of the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) poll. The Fords received 61 voting points in the latest release.

The Fords had the weekend completely away from competition as the regular season enters the home stretch. Haverford will return to competition this weekend at the Princeton Invitational. That race will be run Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. The Fords placed 13th overall in the team standings during this same event last season. Kelley Riffenburgh led her team to the line in the 2013 race, finishing 62nd overall.

In the regional rankings, the Fords held at No. 3. Johns Hopkins and Elizabethtown continued their respective holds on the top two slots, while Dickinson stayed in the fourth position.

In the national poll, Johns Hopkins once again received all eight first-place votes. Elizabethtown fell one spot to No. 21. Dickinson checks in at No. 28 in the weekly poll.
