Reese, Miller to Represent Haverford Squash at CSA Individual Championships

HAVERFORD, Pa. – First year student-athletes Kaitlin Reese and Tate Miller will represent Haverford College's squash programs in the College Squash Association's (CSA) Individual Championships at Dartmouth College this weekend, and draws for the individual championship tournament were released today. 

There are four brackets for the CSA Individual Championships. The Pool (men's) and Ramsay (women's) Cups feature players from the top 32 teams in the Dunlop College Squash Team Rankings. The Molloy (men's) and Holleran (women's) Cups have players from the remaining teams in the CSA rankings.

Reese was placed in the Holleran Cup west bracket and will open play on Friday at 6:00 p.m. against Sue Ann Yong of team national champion Harvard. Reese went 12-5 this season exclusively at the No. 2 spot on the ladder, including a 3-0 mark at CSA Team Championships as Haverford fell in the "E" Divison final to Georgetown.

Miller was placed in the Molloy Cup west bracket and will take on fellow first year Belal Nawar of St. Lawerence at 5:40 p.m. on Friday. Miller went 13-9 as an individual this season as the Fords took home the Chaffee Cup and finished with their best team win total in program history (15). Miller went 8-6 from the first spot on the ladder and 5-3 at the number two position.
