Reese and Miller Open Play at CSA Individual Championships

HANOVER, N.H. – Tate Miller and Kaitlin Reese, first year members of the Haverford Squash program, participated in the first round of the CSA Individual Championships at Berry Squash Courts on the Dartmouth College campus this evening.

Miller matched up with Belal Nawar of St. Lawrence, falling in three games to his opponent 11-3, 11-4, 11-2. Miller will return to action tomorrow against John Fitzgerald of Williams College in the consolation bracket of the Molloy Cup West division. The match is slated for 11:30 a.m.

Reese faced a tough draw in the Holleran Cup, taking on Sue Ann Young of the national champion Harvard Crimson. Reese fell to Yong 11-3, 11-0, 11-4 and will now face Julia Potter of host Dartmouth College in the West division consolation bracket. The match is slated for an 11:15 a.m. start time.
