Sarah Smyth returns to the Haverford women's squash staff for her third season in 2018-19.

In Smyth’s tenure as an assistant the Fords have reached new heights. A season ago, the Fords finished with the No. 30 overall ranking, the highest year-end rank for the program since the 2008-09 season.  In 2016-17, the Fords reached the final of the E Division at the CSA Championships.

Smyth had an illustrious squash career at Smith College, where she also played basketball and lacrosse.

Smyth is still an active squash player in both doubles and singles at Berwyn Athletic Club.

A 2008 graduate of Smith, with a degree in English, Smyth resides in Phoenixville, Pa. and is a Financial Advisor for the Vanguard group.
