Support Haverford College's Athletic Department campaign

HAVERFORD, Pa. – Haverford College is celebrating Founders Week from Monday, October 28 through Monday, November 4. During this week, which celebrates the College's founding in 1833, Haverford will be hosting a week-long giving challenge with a goal of 1,833 donors.

This effort will support the College's financial aid packages, hands-on learning opportunities, and Haverford's athletic department. Specific to the athletic department, a goal of 423 donors has been set, representing the total number of varsity student-athletes on Haverford's campus during the 2019-20 academic year. The total comprises nearly one-third of the entire student body.

In order to jump start this campaign, a $50,000 match is available for all gifts to athletics. This dollar-for-dollar match effectively doubles every donation made up to $50,000. Additionally, be on the lookout for challenges throughout the week, which other advocates and donors to the College are supporting. (Or you can even create your own!)

Donations made to the athletic department can be designated towards any of Haverford's varsity athletic teams, or several other initiatives within the department.
