HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men’s and women’s basketball teams have announced the postponement of Monday’s scheduled doubleheader at Johns Hopkins due to unsafe travel conditions. The Fords and Blue Jays will make up their doubleheader tomorrow, Tuesday, February 16 with the women’s and men’s contests keeping their respective 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. start times.

Women’s basketball is currently tied for the fifth and final playoff spot in the Centennial Conference with Dickinson. Johns Hopkins will need a victory to keep its playoff chances alive. The Fords will wrap up the regular season on Saturday with a 1 p.m. tip against rival Swarthmore.

Men’s basketball is now set up for three games in the final five days of the regular season. After Tuesday’s doubleheader, the Fords will host Ursinus on Wednesday in their final home date of the season. The team closes out the 2015-16 campaign at Swarthmore on Saturday.
