HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College baseball team held its annual golf outing and alumni game on September 28 and September 29.  The golf outing was held on Friday at the French Creek Golf Club in Elverson, Pa.  Despite the recent rain, the conditions and the course were ideal.

The foursome of Alex Hudak, Charlie Carluccio, Patrick Falkoff and Will Baynes won the event for the fourth time. The group shot 11-under par, defeating the threesome of Justin Marlowe, Andrew Katz and Ryan Stephens in a tiebreaker. Patrick Falkoff won the longest drive competition, and Joe Lagor earned the prize for closest to the pin.

The alumni game was held the next afternoon, with weather cooperating and allowing the current team to play a friendly but competitive contest with the alumni returning to campus. Bob Colburn '59 threw a round of batting practice to all the alumni prior to the contest.
