LANCASTER, Pa.-The Haverford College men's soccer team had three student-athletes named to the All-Centennial Conference team, as announced by the league office on Nov.9.

Junior Matt Gorski took home first team honors, while senior Alejandro Rettig y Martinez and sophomore Jamie Reingruber were both selected to the second team.

Haverford's first-team selection comes for the first time since 2003.

Gorski, an honorable mention selection in 2010, contributed to the Ford offense this season with 10 points (three goals, four assists). He added his final assist of the year with a corner kick in the conference quarterfinal game at Franklin & Marshall College, which resulted in the first goal of the match. He completed the season in a tie for sixth among conference assist leaders.

Rettig y Martinez, a second-team pick last season, led the team with eight goals in 2011. His final score came in the conference semifinal game, netting the first goal in a 2-1 win over Johns Hopkins University. In the league he was second in total goals (.44/game) and tied for fourth-best in game-winning goals, averaging .17 a game (three on the season).

Reingruber, in his all-conference debut, was a stalwart in the defensive end for Haverford.  While starting in all 19 games for the Fords, Reingruber scored three points in 2011 (one goal, one assist) while holding down a defensive unit ranked 73rd in NCAA Division III in team goals against average (.92).
