September 21, 2019

Recap | Box Score

The Haverford College men's soccer team posted its highest-ranked road win in program history when the Fords took down then-No. 3 Johns Hopkins in Baltimore early in the 2019 season. The match pitted a Fords squad which had won three of the past four Centennial Conference Championships against the preseason favorite Blue Jays. The contest lived up to the billing with Kevin Kaufman's '21 goal during the 24th minute of play proving to be the difference in the 1-0 Haverford triumph. First-year Dylan Ioffreda '23 made 11 saves to help preserve the shutout as that performance helped to earn him Centennial Conference and United Soccer Coaches Division III National Player of the Week.
