HAVERFORD, Pa – On Saturday afternoon, the Haverford College men's soccer team hosted alumni in the annual alumni match on Walton Field. In total, 45 alumni returned to the field where the alumni faced off against the current Haverford team in a competitive scrimmage, where the team experienced a live-game environment, with only a week before the start of the season. 

After the match, the team held a tailgate where alumni had the opportunity to reconnect with past teammates and students were able to make connections with alumni to learn about career paths past Haverford soccer players have taken.

The Fords were picked eighth ih in the Centennial Conference preseason poll, and are optimistic about this season and a potential trip to the Centennial Conference playoffs.
