HAVERFORD, Pa. - On Saturday, the Haverford College men's and women's fencing teams took a break from NCAA competition to reconnect with the program's storied past, hosting the annual Alumni Bouts February 22 at the Andy Kates Fencing Salle. The event welcomed former teammates back to campus for a day of spirited competition and camaraderie, culminating in a banquet and reception in the Swan Multipurpose Room.

Among those returning to the strips to cross blades with the current squad were alumni spanning multiple class years, including: Rebecca Osbaldeston '24, Jake Bassinder '17, Eric Gardner  '17, Danny Carvalho '24, Caroline Donado  23, Kadan Lottick '20, Edward Shin '23, Maria Yea '22, and Petra Budavari '24.
