Virtual Senior Days: Haverford College Men's Basketball Class of 2021

With the 2020-21 winter sports unable to hold traditional Senior Days on campus, the Haverford College Athletic Department is recognizing these seniors in a virtual ceremony, with some special help from their teammates. Today, we celebrate the 2020-21 Haverford College men's basketball seniors.

Men's Basketball Class of 2021

  • 2020 Centennial Conference Tournament semifinalists (first playoff appearance since 2010-11)
  • 16-10 record in 2019-20; second-most wins in program history
  • 10 home victories last year, a school record after starting 9-0 inside Gooding Arena
  • Improved team's win total in each successive season

#23 Josh Radin • Guard • Psychology major; Economics minor • Los Altos Hills, California • Henry M. Gunn High School

  • Played in 24 career games
  • Shot 50% from beyond the arc last season
  • Perfect 6-for-6 at the free throw line during his career
  • Season high in both points (shooting 67% from the field) and steals versus Bryn Athyn last season
  • Connected on first career three-pointer against Franklin & Marshall
  • Two-time Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll

#3 Jesse Turkson • Center/Forward • Economics major • Philadelphia, Pennsylvania • Masterman High School

  • Played in 71 career games, making 50 starts
  • First-team All-Centennial Conference (2020)
  • Two-time Centennial Conference Player of the Week
  • Averaged 14.4 points and 8.2 rebounds per game as a junior, also among top 10 in Centennial Conference in blocked shots and steals
  • 15 career double-doubles
  • Finished with double figure scoring totals 20 times last season, including six games of 20-plus points
  • Member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee
