HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College men's squash team was tripped up by the No. 7 Franklin and Marshall Diplomats by a score of 9-0 on Friday evening at the GIAC Squash Courts.
Freshman Peter Dudley fell 12-10 in his first game before falling 3-0 at the No. 4 ladder position. Junior Laurenson Ward played admirably at the No. 3 ladder position, tallying 20 points in his three-game loss.
Franklin and Marshall improved to 1-0 on the year while Haverford fell to 2-1. The Fords return to action tomorrow at Dickinson beginning at noon. It is Dickinson's first match as a squash program.
