HAVERFORD, Pa. – The Haverford College men's indoor track and field team is currently in second place after the first day of the Centennial Conference Indoor Track Championships held at the Alumni Field House.

Senior Gibby Graves placed second in the triple jump (13.43m) behind Johns Hopkins' Michael Spadaro (13.73m). It's the second time that Graves has been named to All-CC second team after he finished second in the triple jump in the 2013 Outdoor Centennial Conference Championships. Freshman Daniel Sax also tallied points for the Fords, placing sixth (12.80m).

The Fords had two runners get points in the 5,000m event. Senior David Roza scored a second place finish (14:52.82) while senior Joel Christian was third (14:59.96). Andrew Ceruzzi of Johns Hopkins won the race (14:52.20). Roza recorded his second All-CC second team accolade as he was the runner up in the 2014 outdoor conference meet in the steeplechase. It's Christian first all-conference award in his track career. Sophomore Jimmy Gorman finished in the ninth position and senior Jeffrey Duncan was 12th.

Johns Hopkins leads the team standings with 62 points while Haverford is in second place (25 points). Dickinson is third (nine points) and McDaniel is fourth (six points). Swarthmore is in fifth place (five points), Muhlenberg and Franklin and Marshall are tied for sixth (four points) while Gettysburg is in eighth (two points).
