WESTMINSTER, Md. – The Haverford College women's basketball team tied a program record with 10 three-pointers in Saturday's 71-61 Centennial Conference victory at McDaniel College. Nina Voith also tied a program record, making five three's.

Voith finished with a game-high 24 points on 5-for-9 shooting from the arc. The sophomore was also 7-for-10 from the foul line while grabbing eight rebounds and handing out four assists. Dominique Meeks added 14 points and collected nine boards while Cara Wyant scored 13 points off the bench.

The first half saw three tie scores and four lead changes as neither team led by more than four points until a Voith three at the 6:12 mark put the Fords ahead 24-17. Meeks followed with a layup to make it a nine-point game. Haverford (9-12, 6-10 CC) extended its lead to 11 and eventually 12 by the half.

Haverford bumped its lead to 41-27 just three minutes into the second half on a Rachel Baskin layup. McDaniel (6-14, 5-11) chipped into the Fords' lead, pulling within six near the 11-minute mark. Haverford kept the Green Terror at arms-length over the final 10 minutes thanks to 12-for-16 shooting from the foul line. Voith made all seven of her free throws in the final 20 minutes.

Cara Thompson had a team-high 21 points and eight rebounds for the Green Terror. Whitney Snoops finished with 12 points and Rachael Rybak had 10.
