Maggie McIntyre joins the women’s basketball staff for the 2021-22 campaign after a four year playing career for Niagara University in Lewiston, N.Y. 

McIntyre was a four-year starting point guard for the Division I Purple Eagles, and finished her career with 213 made threes, setting a MAAC tournament record with seven three-pointers made in the 2020 championship game against top-seeded Rider. 

In addition to her illustrious playing career at Niagara, McIntyre has served as a coach in the Philadelphia Comets AAU organization, working primarily with the 11th grade and eighth grade teams. 

A native of Stratford, N.J., McIntyre works as an Operations Supervisor for Total Scope Inc., a medical supply company in the Philadelphia area.  She graduated from Niagara in May of 2020 with a degree in Communications and Media Studies.
