Roma Hladky ‘22 returned to the Haverford College women’s lacrosse as an assistant coach prior to the 2025 season.

Hladky’s stint as an assistant coach follows a decorated four seasons with the Fords. Earning 2022 IWLCA and USA Lacrosse Magazine All-American plaudits (becoming the first Haverford player since 2000 to earn All-American status), Hladky experienced a breakout 2022 season that saw her also garner First-team IWLCA All-Metro Region, Centennial Conference Midfielder of the Year, First-team All-Centennial Conference, PhillySIDA Academic All-Area Team, and Ambler Scholar-Athlete accolades

Putting up a remarkable 68 points that included a conference-leading 57 goals, Hladky was also selected as Haverford's NCAA Woman of the Year Nominee for the 2021-22 academic year for her standout work on and off the field.

After Haverford, Hladky attended graduate school at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a Masters’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics. 

Currently residing in Flemington, N.J., Hladky currently works for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as a Global MSAT Engineer.
