HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College men's and women's squash teams held their annual alumni/ae matches at the Gardner Integrated Athletic Center (GIAC) Squash Courts last Saturday afternoon, as a spirited round of friendly, yet competitive matches dotted the schedule on the second weekend of November as the Fords geared up for the College Squash Assocaition season.
A total of 19 former Haverford squash players made the trip back to take part in the matchups against the varsity teams on Saturday: Aaron Horwitz '17, Alex Liu '19, Ali Nurkhaidarov '24, Chris Tyson '13, Clarice Xu '23, Davis Chase '21, Emi Zegers '23, Fitz Dougherty '21, Izzy Johnson '22, Jeff Monhait '09, John Collins '23, Jon Nguyen '16, Justin Berlin '86, Laurenson Ward '16, Maya Johnson-Fraidin '24, Nate Shade '16, Peter Lehv '24, Ryan Dukarm '19, and Tate Miller '20.

The Fords next open up the 2024-25 regular season on Friday, November 15 at the Pennsylvania State Championships in Philadelphia. The men's team takes on #7 Drexel (5 p.m.) while the women's team also has the 10th-ranked Dragons (5 p.m.) on the docket.
