Season Review: Women's Tennis Continues Streak of Postseason Success

Signature wins: The Haverford College women's tennis team clinched a home match in the Centennial Conference Tournament and the Hood Trophy for the Haverford College athletic department with a 7-2 win against rival Swarthmore in its final home match of the regular season. That victory assured the Fords a spot in the Centennial Conference Tournament for the seventh straight season. Haverford then advanced to the Centennial Conference semifinals for the sixth time during this stretch with a win over Ursinus in the opening round of the Centennial Conference Tournament. The Fords had beaten Urinus by a 6-3 final in early April and ramped up their efforts for the postseason with the convincing 5-0 win to move into the conference semifinal match against Johns Hopkins.
