Receiving strong play from Jordan Scolaro, Nina Mutty and Godbe, the Fords registered 13 of final 18 points of the game to turn a 19-13 deficit into a 26-24 victory.

After Messiah once again took the match lead with a victory in game three (24-15), Haverford was able to bounce back from an early deficit in game four to forge a 20-20 tie. Aggressive attacks by Mutty and O'Day led to a 25-23 win and a deciding game five.
