Haverford College Athletics

  • Haverford had the most student-athletes (55) earn inclusion to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll.
  • 19 student-athletes made the All-Centennial Conference teams.
  • The Fords finished 24th in the Division III in the final fall standings of the all-sports Learfield Cup.
  • Haverford earned a spot in the NCAA Division III Spotlight Poll twice for its volunteer work with Special Olympics.
  • Centennial Conference All-Sportsmanship team: Sarah Waldis (field hockey), Elizabeth Newman (women’s soccer), Charlotte Lellman (women’s cross country), Daniel Stackman (men’s cross country), Colin Lubelczyk (men’s soccer), Jeanna Kenney (volleyball).
  • Field Hockey, women’s soccer and men’s soccer qualified for the Centennial Conference playoffs.
  • Men and women’s cross country competed at the NCAA National Championship meets.
  • Women’s soccer received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament.
  • Men’s cross country runner Christopher Stadler received his second consecutive All-American certificate.

  • Finished third at the Centennial Conference Championship
  • Received at-large bid to the NCAA national championship meet and finished in 10th place.

Daniel Stackman

Christopher Stadler

  • Second straight All-American certificate
  • All-Region team
  • Won the Centennial Conference individual title for the second straight season and was just the fourth runner in conference history to achieve the mark.
  • Centennial Conference Runner of the Year
  • Second straight Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Performer of the Year
  • Philadelphia Inquirer Academic All-Area Men’s Cross Country team
  • Centennial Conference Runner of the Week twice (Sept. 30, Nov. 4)

Women’s Cross Country

  • Finished second at the Centennial Championship meet, giving the program its 14 consecutive year of a top-three finish in the conference standings
  • Placed fourth at the regional meet, marking the 13th time in the last 14 years that the team has finished in the top-four.
  • Qualified for the NCAA national championship meet for the fifth straight year and finished 17th.
  • All-Centennial Conference - (Lellman - second team, Riffenburgh - second team, Scott - first team, Weathers - second team)

  • Finished in a tie for first in the Centennial Conference during the regular season, the program’s highest mark in school history. 
  • Qualified for the Centennial tournament for the third consecutive year.
  • Spent several weeks in the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)/Continental Tires national rankings
  • NSCAA College Team Academic Award winner
