James Moss joins the Haverford College men’s lacrosse team as an assistant coach for the 2019-20 academic year. Moss’ arrival marks a reunion with head coach Nick Taylor as Moss was also on Taylor’s staff during the 2017 and 2018 seasons at Arcadia.

Moss’ coaching career began as the varsity lacrosse coach at his high school alma mater, Unionville High School, in summer league play in 2013. He also served as the assistant to the lacrosse director at Triple Edge Lacrosse in 2014, which included serving as a coach and counselor for participants ages 8-18.

Moss is a 2015 graduate of Wesley College where he earned a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. As a four-year member of the men’s lacrosse team, he served as a two-year team captain and was named to the Capital Athletic Conference All-Academic Team. Moss appeared in 55 games, registering 77 career points on 60 goals and 17 assists.
