HAVERFORD, Pa. - The Haverford College men's soccer program was excited to welcome back nearly 40 alumni this past weekend for its annual Alumni Game. This year marked a particularly special occasion for the team as the Fords celebrated the 60th anniversary of the 1959 team which earned the nickname "The Bandit Wall."

With the 2019 season now just days away, the varsity and alumni Fords engaged in a competitive and spirited contest that ended a hard-fought and an extremely competitive 3-2 victory for the varsity. After the friendly match, the current team welcomed the alumni back for a postgame tailgate to rekindle memories of year's past and get to know the 2019 squad as it prepares to represent Haverford this fall.
