SALISBURY, Md. – Sunday afternoon's non-conference men's tennis match at Salisbury University was nearly a perfect outcome for Haverford College as the visiting Fords rolled to a 7-2 victory, sweeping the doubles matches before rolling to wins in four of the six singles duels.

Sloan Millman (pictured) and Luis Acaba picked up the first point of the day for Haverford (8-5) with a quick, 8-3, victory at No. 3 doubles against Shane Gunther and Nick Mancuso of Salisbury (13-9).

The lead increased with a win at 2-doubles by Andy Dougherty and Matt Romei, and the tandem of Kevin Caulfield and Danny Himelstein completed the doubles sweep with its victory at No. 1.

The Sea Gulls fought back for a point with a singles win at No. 2 but Himelstein downed Salisbury's Mancuso in straight sets at 6-singles to initiate another string of Haverford wins.

The Fords' clinching point came from Millman at No. 5 where he finished off Gunther by scores of 6-4, 4, 6-2 to give Haverford an insurmountable 5-1 advantage.

Caulfield at No. 1 and Zack Mason at 4-singles picked up wins for two more points before Salisbury closed out the match with a hard-fought victory at No. 3 where the Sea Gulls' Demitri Vrahnos was able to outlast Dougherty in three sets.

Next up for Haverford is a Centennial Conference match Wednesday afternoon at Ursinus College.
