HAVERFORD, Pa. - Senior Soren Rasmussen has won the Centennial Conference Runner of the Week award, the conference office announced on Monday.
The Fords hosted the Haverford Invitational on Friday and had 10 runners among the 20 finishers in the 97 person field, led by Rasmussen's second place tally. His time of 20:31.70 was a career-best for the four mile run, breaking his previous mark by 12 seconds.
Haverford will host the Centennial Conference Championship on Saturday. The men's race will begin at 11 a.m. and the women's race will follow at noon. A live web stream of the finish line will also be available for the races.
