WALLINGFORD, Conn. - The Collegiate Squash Association 2013 team championships continued Saturday with the second of the three-day event, and Haverford College's 28th-ranked men's team will move on to the 7 vs. 8 Conroy Cup match-up Sunday morning after falling, 9-0, to No. 32 Tufts University in the consolation bracket Saturday afternoon at Choate Rosemary Hall.

Haverford (9-7) was swept by the Jumbos (8-13) and will now face No. 30 Johns Hopkins University (8-8) on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. at Choate.

Chris Tyson got off on the right foot against Tuft's Jeremy Ho at No. 3, winning game one by the score of 11-5. Ho rallied back strongly, finishing out the match with wins of 11-2, 11-3 and 11-6.

Charlie Michele (pictured, right) dropped his first game by a narrow count of 14-12 but battled back to take the second game, 12-10, over the Jumbos' Gordon Silverman. However, Michele was unable to continue his built up momentum as Silverman answered with an 11-5, game-three win then won the match with a narrow 11-9 game-four victory.

The final match of the tournament for Haverford comes Sunday against a Hopkins squad which the Fords defeated 5-4 back on Feb. 2 at home on the courts of the Gardner Integrated Athletic Center.

The top two seeds of the Conroy/D Division, No. 25 Colby College and No. 26 Stanford University, will square off Sunday morning for the Conroy championship.
