In the CSA team championship, No. 35 Haverford defeated No. 38 Fordham University in the first round of the tournament with a convincing score of 8-1. Five different players had perfect 3-0 sweeps in defeating their opponents. Cole allowed only nine total points to Fordham's James Potts (11-1, 11-3, 11-5).
