Eight-point week leads Boyer to Centennial player of the week honor

LANCASTER, Pa. – Haverford College junior Meg Boyer has been named the Centennial Conference's offensive player of the week for women's soccer, as announced by the league office Monday afternoon.

Boyer scored three goals and added a pair of assists in a 2-0 week for the Fords (11-3-1, 5-2-1 Centennial). She scored the game's first goal and assisted on the last in Wednesday afternoon's 3-0 conference win at Bryn Mawr College.

During the Fords' 5-2 league win against visiting McDaniel College on Saturday afternoon at Walton Field, Boyer scored twice and added an assist.

With four assists and a team-leading 10 goals, Boyer leads the team in points (24) and goals. Her four game-winning tallies are also a team best.
