CHESTER, Pa. - At the Swarthmore Final Qualifier meet at Widener's Quick Stadium, Haverford senior co-captain Fiona Flynn put forth an impressive performance in the 400-meter hurdles and the long jump, clocking a career-best finish of 1:04.47 in the hurdles and a career-best 5.32 meters in the long jump.

The time from Flynn represents the third-best 400-meter hurdles mark in outdoor program history, as the senior etched her name into the Haverford annals with the impressive fourth-place finish.

With action from last chance meets across the country still rolling in, the mark sits as the 39th-best in the nation in 2022. Flynn also participated in Tuesday's long jump, finishing with a mark of 5.32 meters (17 feet, 5.5 inches), also the third-best mark in program history. The mark was good for a third place finish in the event and sits as the third best in the Centennial Conference this season.
