Weathers is one of 517 nominees across Divisions I, II, and III who have distinguished themselves throughout their collegiate careers in academics, athletics, service and leadership.

With a top seven that featured two seniors five sophomores, the Fords placed second in the conference, third in the regional, and 24th at the NCAA Championship.
