Full USTFCCCA Release

NEW ORLEANS - The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced the All-Region honorees for the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field season, with Haverford picking up six All-Metro region honors.

Haverford seniors Reza Eshghi (1,500 meters and 5,000 meters), Seamus Fraser (3,000-meter steeplechase), and Peter LaRochelle (5,000 meters and 10,000 meters) joined junior Micah Lachman (1,500 meters) in earning All-Region honors for the 2025 outdoor campaign.

Eshghi was the top ranked competitor in the Metro Region for both the 1,500 meters (3:43.3 from the Paul Donahue Invitational on April 18) and the 5,000 meters (14:08.96 at the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4) while LaRochelle had the second-best 5,000-meter mark from the 2025 Widener Final Qualifier on May 12 and the top 10,000-meter mark at the Bison Outdoor Classic at Bucknell (29:37.96). Fraser owns the region's second-best 3,000-meter steeplechase time (9:21.21) from the Sam Howell Invitational on April 4, while Lachman's 1,500-meter time from last Monday's Widener Final Qualifier ranks fourth in the Metro Region.

The top five individuals in each event from each region earned All-Region honors, in addition to each of the members of a top three ranked relay team. Data is compiled based on regional TFRI.

Reza Eshghi and Peter LaRochelle qualified for the 2025 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Geneva, Ohio. Eshghi, the Centennial Conference Track Athlete of the Year, will compete in the 5,000 meters after a stellar season. LaRochelle, a two-time cross country All-American, earned his spot in the 10,000 meters.

The national meet runs May 22–24 at the SPIRE Institute. Fans can follow along with live coverage on NCAA.com.
